Will my 2023 Planner be on pre-order this year?
We’re happy to announce that we are not doing pre-orders this year! Your order will ship 2-4 business days after being placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation the moment your order ships. Kindly note that orders placed during the holidays may experience delays, but please rest assured we are on top of it and push our warehouse partners to ship quickly.
When do you release planners?
For now, Book’d Planners are released each fall for the following year, with the exception of Book’d Academic, which is released in the summer for the upcoming fall. All Book’d planners are 12-month planners (January-December) with the exception of Book’d Academic, which is a 12-month planner that runs from July-June.
HELP! My order says "Delivered," but I don't have it!
Tell them to stop playing with us, Sis!
Planner orders ship in a medium sized brown corrugated box (or an envelope for smaller items.)
If you truly do not have it, we will initiate a claim, and if nothing results from that in the next day or so, we will re-ship your order (we've seen in the past that either the package magically appears after a claim is submitted, or FedEx actually delivered the package to the wrong address).
If we have to re-ship an order, you will need to provide an alternate delivery address and a signature will required at the time of delivery.
OH NO! I accidentally put the wrong shipping address on my order!
Please complete this form to update your address! (This form is also found in your order confirmation email). Please navigate to the form and submit your order details + updated address. If submitted before your order is shipped (within 6 hours after your order is placed), we will update the address on your order and send you an updated order confirmation.
If the error is not caught in time, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis, but please note that you may be responsible for any costs associated with re-shipping you order.
Can I return my order for a refund?
All sales are final except for damaged or defective materials. If your Book’d Planner Kit (or any other item) arrived damaged, just shoot an email to letschat@thebookdstore.com along with images of the damage, and we’ll work something out.
How will my Book’d Planner ship?
All orders for Book’d Planners ship via a priority 2-Day shipping method. We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after being placed, and are shipped from locations across the US.
Orders under $20 ship via a ground method, which typically takes 3-7 business days.
I live outside of the US, can I still purchase a Book’d Planner Kit?
Absolutely. Any international orders will ship to our Washington, DC office and we will ship to you via UPS Worldwide to ensure a timely, stress-free delivery.
Please also note that the buyer is entirely responsible for international shipping costs, customs, and duties.
Am I able to pick my order up in person?
We do not offer in-person pick up, but if you live near one of our warehouse locations, your order's transit time could be as short as 1 business day!
Do you have planners for men?
Not yet, but stay tuned! If you're a fella and have ideas for what you'd like to see in a planner- feel free to shoot your suggestions to letschat@thebookdstore.com.
How will my planner hold up under daily use?
You’re indestructible, but unfortunately, your Book’d Planner is not. While we've designed the Book’d planners to be durable (a heavy weight cover) and luxurious (beautiful rose gold spiral binding), a well-loved planner will show signs of wear and tear at the end of a Book’d year. Store your planner in the Book'd gift box to prolong the life of your planner.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! We’d love to work with a select group of retailers to get a little facetime with our customers. Shoot us an email at letschat@thebookdstore.com and we can work out the deets.
Is Book’d a black-owned business?
Absolutely. Book’d was started in 2019 by two black women.
