We’re happy to announce that we will begin accepting pre-orders mid-October 2024 for our 2025 Collection!! All orders placed on pre-order will ship within the first week of November.
Book’d Planners are released each fall for the following year, with the exception of Book’d Academic, which is undated. All Book’d planners are 12-month planners that run from January-December, with the exception of Book’d Academic, which is a 12-month planner with an undated format.

Book’d Planner orders ship in a medium sized brown corrugated box (or an envelope for smaller items) which will have pink tape and a pink sticker to help you identify it.
If you are still unable to locate it, or have proof that it was stolen, we will process a refund or replacement as long as you have Navidium Shipping Protection on your order. If you opt to have your order reshipped, we will request an alternate delivery address to send the replacement to and a signature will be required at the time of delivery.
If you opt out of the shipping protection, we will gladly initiate a claim with the carrier as a courtesy on your behalf, however, we cannot assume responsibility for lost/ stolen packages.

If the error is not caught in time, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis, but please note that you may be responsible for any costs associated with re-shipping your order.
All sales are final except for damaged or defective materials. If your Book’d Planner Kit (or any other item) arrived damaged, just shoot an email to letschat@thebookdstore.com along with images of the damage, and we’ll work something out.
All orders for Book’d Planners ship via UPS Ground. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after being placed if there are no issues with the payment or shipping information associated with the order, and are shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah.
Orders under $20 ship via a ground method (typically USPS), which typically takes 3-7 business days.
Sadly, we do not ship physical products outside of the continental United States, however, we have several digital options for our international girlies.
We do not offer in-person pick up, but if you live near one of our warehouse locations, your order's transit time could be as short as 1 business day!

You’re indestructible, but unfortunately, your Book’d Planner is not. While we've designed the Book’d planners to be durable (a heavy weight cover) and luxurious (beautiful gold spiral binding or a sturdy hardbound construction), a little wear and tear should be expected at the end of a Book’d year. Nothing says boss-chick like a well-loved planner.
