Book’d Planners are released each fall for the following year, with the exception of Book’d Academic, which is undated. All Book’d planners are 12-month planners that run from January-December, with the exception of Book’d Academic, which is a 12-month planner with an undated format.

Book’d Planner orders ship in a medium sized brown corrugated box (or an envelope for smaller items) which will have pink tape and a pink sticker to help you identify it.

If you are still unable to locate it, or have proof that it was stolen, we will process a refund or replacement as long as you have Navidium Shipping Protection on your order. If you opt to have your order reshipped, we will request an alternate delivery address to send the replacement to and a signature will be required at the time of delivery.

If you opt out of the shipping protection, we will gladly initiate a claim with the carrier as a courtesy on your behalf, however, we cannot assume responsibility for lost/ stolen packages.

If your request is submitted before your order ships (within 1 hour of placing the order), we will update the address and send you a revised confirmation.

If the error is not caught in time, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. Please note that you may be responsible for any costs associated with re-shipping your order.

All sales are final except for damaged or defective materials. If your Book’d Planner Kit (or any other item) arrived damaged, just shoot an email toletschat@thebookdstore.comalong with images of the damage, and we’ll work something out.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after being placed if there are no issues with the payment or shipping information associated with the order, and are shipped from Lebanon, TN.

Orders under $20 ship via a ground method (typically USPS), which typically takes 3-7 business days.

Sadly, we do not ship physical products outside of the continental United States, however, we have several digital options for our international girlies.

Book’d Deluxe is our most standard planner, but far from basic. We call it Book’d Deluxe because it is our “big body Benz” with a larger size than the other Book’d planners and has a full day layout with an entire day dedicated to each weekday (Sat/Sun share a page).

While our planners can be used by all ages, they are primarily designed and marketed for adults. Because some sticker sheets include references to alcohol, they may not be suitable for girls and young women under 21. We recommend parents use discretion when purchasing for children or teens.

We consider our planners to be pre-customized based on the title/ focus of the planner, and do not offer further customizations. Each planner cover serves as a visual to support the type of woman the planner is catered toward.
