Content Creator (Independent Contractor)

At Book'd, we believe time is your most powerful tool. We design planners, tools, and experiences that help women stay organized, maximize their time, and build the lives they’re meant to live. Now, we’re looking for an innovative storyteller who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content and help us grow a bold, inspiring brand across social platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Create and edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Pinterest, and more

• Stay ahead of trends and put a creative, Bookd spin on them

• Manage and grow all Bookd social channels with fresh, consistent content

• Write captions that connect, inspire, and drive engagement

• Keep content organized in shared folders and systems

• Build and execute a monthly content calendar

• Repurpose and maximize assets—turning one shoot or content piece into multiple fresh formats across platforms without it looking duplicative

• Track performance, pull insights, and use data to refine what’s next

Qualifications

• Proficient in CapCut and Canva (mandatory)

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (bonus)

• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to adapt quickly to social media trends

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to hit deadlines

• Data-driven and analytical mindset

• Must provide a portfolio or examples of past work

• Someone who embodies the Book'd lifestyle—you’re passionate about maximizing your time, you stay on top of your goals with planners and calendars, you use journals and mindset tools, and you’re a true stationery lover (pens, bookmarks, digital planning…the works!)
